Do you have a treasured item that shows the wear and tear of time ~ A linen napkin or embroidered hankie, a precious item or items of clothing passed on from generation to generation?  Have you thought of having it made into something new that could be reused or displayed?  Here are some examples of requests that I have received:

• Linen napkins and hankies, discovered at auction, were cleaned, mounted and framed for a six-picture display on a dining room wall. (I have a large collection of linens and other textile treasures.)
• A holiday stocking made a long time ago was restored to be used again. I even made a new stocking in the same style for a new family member.
• We took apart a sweater, worn and loved by a mother and saved by her children and reused its ‘fabric’ for several little teddy bear sweaters and a small pillow to be shared among family members.
• We purchased a dozen wool sweaters, shrunk them to felt and made wool quilts that created a one of a kind gift; are are a great guys quilt. I then made another one with another daughter.

I am limited only by the concepts and ideas I receive.  Pricing is based on time and materials, negotiated and agreed upon.
